Shipping Costs

Shipping within Europe is free. 

Shipping costs are not included in the product price, and when shipping is not free, they will be added during the purchase process depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Delivery Time

Generally, delivery takes 2 to 6 business days, depending on the chosen shipping option. These times may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the selected product or the shipping area. Additionally, in exceptional cases, this time may be affected by extraordinary issues with the carrier or difficulties in delivering the goods.

For shipments to Europe, the estimated delivery time is also 2-6 business days.

Austral Roma is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance if applicable.

During Sales and Promotions, shipping times may be extended.

The delivery times for orders placed during promotions and sales may be longer. If you have not received your order within the established time, please contact us so we can check on it. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as the logistics process may slow down due to the number of orders received during promotions. We will do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

You can check your order status at any time from your account by viewing your order history. Additionally, when we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order directly on the external provider’s website.

If you have not received your order within 6 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email (except during promotional periods), please contact us at australroma@gmail.com, providing your name and order number so that we can carry out the necessary checks.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 calendar days after delivery, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original condition. In Italy, the refund or first product exchange is free. For the rest of Europe, we will issue a full refund for the order, excluding return shipping costs. For more information, please consult our Return and Refund Policies.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at australroma@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle each case individually to offer you the most satisfactory solution.
